My favorite math professional development has been CGI/ECM. I recently did Building Thinking Classrooms by Peter Liljedahl and it transformed traditional teaching from teacher centered to student centered.

Does anyone use Fund for Teachers to support their professional learning trips?

I have recently attended a professional development that was sponsored by Educate Frank Lloyd Wright. I just found out about this. The class talks about how you can use Frank Lloyd Wrights design process to bring art into the classroom. I have done and will continue to do amazing professional development to stay on top of my practice. The BEST professional growth I have ever completed is the National Board process. I learned more about my self, my students, and my profession than anything I have ever done. I highly recommend seeking certification!
